This Agreement is made between Pickup Studios ("Provider") and the undersigned subscriber ("Subscriber").

1. Services Provided: Provider offers subscription-based marketing services, including Consultative and Production services. Consultative services are billed at $150 per hour and Production services at $100 per hour. This Agreement entitles the Subscriber to services amounting to a total of $900 per quarterly term.

2. Subscription Term and Renewal: Each subscription term lasts for three (3) months, payable in advance. The subscription automatically renews every three months. The Subscriber may cancel the subscription at any time; however, any prepaid hours must be utilized within the current subscription term as unused hours do not carry over.

3. Use of Services: The Subscriber may utilize the services in any combination of Consultative and Production hours within the prepaid $900 budget. Consultative hours are billed in one-hour increments, and Production hours may be billed in one-hour or thirty-minute increments.

4. Privacy Policy: Provider agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the Subscriber's information, only using such data as necessary to fulfill the services under this Agreement, and will comply with applicable legal requirements regarding data protection and privacy.

5. Terms of Service: The Subscriber agrees to comply with the terms of service which include adherence to payment schedules and proper use of the services offered. Changes to terms will be communicated in advance.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy: Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, all remaining hours may be used until the end of the current term. Refunds are not provided for any unused hours at the end of or upon cancellation of the subscription term.

7. Limitation of Liability: Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages or lost profits arising out of or related to this Agreement or the performance or breach thereof, even if Provider has been advised of the possibility thereof.

8. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which Provider is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
