When it comes to CRMs, HubSpot is the golden retriever of the bunch — loyal, eager to please, and sometimes just a little too excited. But before you bring HubSpot home, let’s make sure you’re ready to feed it, walk it, and actually use all the tricks it knows.

Here are five quick questions to test if HubSpot is a good fit:

  1. Do you have leads you’re losing track of?
    If sticky notes and your inbox are your “CRM,” HubSpot might just save your sanity.

  2. Do sales and marketing actually talk to each other?
    If your sales team doesn’t know what your marketing team is sending (and vice versa), HubSpot bridges that awkward silence.

  3. Do you want real data, or just “gut feeling” guesses?
    HubSpot dashboards are like X-ray vision for your business. Spoiler: “gut feeling” isn’t a KPI.

  4. Do you have time to invest in setting it up?
    HubSpot works best when it’s tailored — not when you just log in once a month to admire the logo.

  5. Do you want growth that’s actually trackable?
    If you’re aiming for growth but can’t measure it, you’re just wishing. HubSpot helps you measure.

Bottom line: If you nodded “yes” to at least three, HubSpot is probably your next best friend. If you said “no” to all five, well… maybe just stick with the sticky notes for now.
