But those are tactical, execution conversations.

The real strategic questions are:

  • What are we optimizing for?
  • Who are we designed to attract?
  • What does our ideal agent experience look like?
  • What should we stop doing?
  • What friction are we tolerating?

Technology and marketing should follow clarity — not substitute for it.
